76.1. You are responsible for providing end-users of your products or services using Amazon Augmented AI (including end-users in your private staff) with appropriate privacy instructions and obtaining all necessary consents from those end-users. You have assured us that you have provided all the necessary data protection information and that you have obtained all the necessary consents. 76.2. If you use Amazon Mechanical Turk staff at Amazon Augmented AI: (a) you cannot provide data or content containing protected health information or other identifiable information for a particular person, and (b) you confirm and accept that your content made available to Amazon Mechanical Turk staff may be moved outside the AWS region where you use Amazon Ai Augmented. (b) You are responsible for providing end-users who use Contact Lens for Amazon Connect with appropriate legal information on data protection and obtaining the necessary approval from these end-users for the processing of contact lens content and the storage, use and transfer of contact lens content, as described in this section. You have assured us that you have provided all the necessary data protection information and that you have obtained all the necessary consents. You are responsible for informing us if contact lens content stored by Contact Lens for Amazon Connect should be removed in accordance with applicable legislation. 16.2. AWS allows data center operators or other service providers to connect your hardware to AWS hardware on the selected AWS Direct Connect site.

AWS provides the information needed to enable the data center operator or other service providers to establish and monitor this connection, including your name, email address, network configuration, activity information and AWS account number. d) Lumberyard Git Repository. We can provide some lumberyard materials on the Lumberyard Git Repository. You can reproduce and distribute to other AWS customers your modified version (s) of this Lumberyard material, subject to all the guidelines we set for the Lumberyard Git repository. Your LM Fork must comply with the agreement (including these conditions); For example, It may not be possible for Lumberyard projects to use alternative web services or read or write data in or from alternate web services. You must indicate that the LM Fork is subject to these conditions (z.B. a copy of the license file.txt of Lumberyard`s root materials directory). If you call an LM Fork in the Lumberyard Git data repository, you need to make sure that every Lumberyard project you create meets these requirements. If your LM Fork violates the agreement, it violates our copyright in Lumberyard materials, and we can remove them from the Lumberyard Git Depot and take other actions, including terminating your license for Lumberyard hardware. “Alternate Web Service” refers to all web services that are not used by AWS as a web service and that can replace the services listed here.

53.2.2. Parts of the Chime PSTN service, in particular Business Calling, Voice Connector and SMS Text, are sold and supplied by AMCS LLC (“AMCS”), a subsidiary of AWS, and not AWS, but are also subject to the terms of the agreement.
