12. COUNTERPARTIES; FACSIMILE AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. This Agreement may be executed in counterparties which together form a single agreement. Each electronic signature has full weight and authority as an original signature in this Agreement. In addition, any signature page provided electronically or by fax is mandatory to the same extent as an original signature page in respect of an agreement submitted under this Agreement or an amendment to this Agreement. If, within thirty (30) days of completion, the Customer does not make full payments for the services and repairs received for the Vehicle, the Company will be granted the right to resell the Vehicle to a third party to cover its expenses and costs related to the performance of the aforementioned repairs. . . .
